The first two are facts of life and there's not much you can do about them, but the third is a giant lie that's used daily in the world of PLR and Resell rights to sell some of the most badly written tripe that frankly no one is going to have the brass balls to put their name anywhere near.
You know the kind of thing we're talking about. It usually comes with a landing page that was made by someone who doesn't understand headlines, sales copy or landing pages in general. These pages have never been tested and tweaked. They've never run a conversion test because they had no intention of ever offering this product to the public, it was created as PLR to be sold to Internet Marketers to add to their collections of other PLR they'll never use.
Plus, if everyone sells the exact same product, using the exact same sales pages then the only thing for them to compete on is price and before you know it, that PLR you thought was so valuable is being sold by people having a price war and you can buy the product for a nickle (and still no one sells any).
